PROPERTY DESCRIPTION:

Located in the heart of Courtenay, Vancouver Island, British Columbia, The Arbours Bed & Breakfast offers a quiet respite from a day of touring, skiing, hiking, kayaking and many of the other great ways to enjoy the Comox Valley. Many excellent restaurants, theatres and shops are within easy walking distance of The Arbours, and provide an enjoyable and relaxing way to see our town.

We have an English Country front garden with a sitting area. The Fruit Alley walkway down the side is lined with espaliered apple and pear trees, quince and fig and a gravel path lined with a variety of lavenders. A secluded side arbour with table and chairs sits under the shade of Kiwis, grapes and honeysuckles. You can wander around the back to another large grape arbour with climbing roses and climbing hydrangeas, raspberries, blueberries, and strawberries, savoring the taste of organic treats while enjoying the shade of the afternoon and a good book.

There is a common room with kitchen area for heating up prepared meals if you choose. There is a large English Breakfast served every morning upstairs in the dining room or weather permitting, out on the covered deck.

• We have two resident indoor cats, so no pets please.
• There are smoking areas outside in all sitting areas and the upper deck
• .We have wheelchair access to the lower floor and can serve breakfast downstairs, but do not keep bath benches or special toilet seats (you would have to bring those).
• We cannot accommodate young children.

We have 2 spacious rooms, both with queen size beds, one with private bath, one ensuite, and both have sitting areas.

• Gold Room: 2 person / $100.00 per night single / $85.00 per night
• Blue Room: 2 person / $85.00 per night single / $70.00 per night
